Responsibilities and Duties:


1. Cloud Platform Administration

  • Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
  • Manage cloud resources for operational, corporate, and customer-facing applications
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud workloads


2. Cloud Networking


  • Design and manage Azure Networking, including:
  • Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, NSGs
  • Site-to-Site and Point-to-Site VPNs
  • ExpressRoute (where applicable)
  • Support secure connectivity between:
  • Airport terminals
  • Airline HQ and branch offices
  • On-prem data centers and cloud platforms
  • Support multi-region and high-availability network architectures


3. Cloud Security & Compliance


  • Implement and manage Azure Security controls including:
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud
  • Security baselines and policies
  • Logging and monitoring
  • Support compliance with aviation security standards and internal governance
  • Monitor, investigate, and remediate cloud security incidents


4. Multi-Cloud Operations (Azure & GCP)


  • Support workloads hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Manage identity, networking, and security integrations across Azure and GCP
  • Ensure governance, cost management, and operational consistency in multi-cloud environments.


5. Monitoring, Optimization & Operations


  • Monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and security
  • Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource governance
  • Participate in 24√ó7 support, on-call rotations, and incident management
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for cloud-related incidents impacting operations


6. Automation & Best Practices


  • Support automation using native cloud tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform - exposure preferred)
  • Implement standard templates, tagging, and governance models
  • Drive cloud standardization and operational maturity.


7. Documentation & Stakeholder Management


  • Maintain cloud architecture diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks
  • Work closely with application, network, security, and airport operations teams
  • Coordinate with cloud vendors and managed service providers


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cloud Administrator
  • Proficient with Microsoft Azure : Azure Entra ID , Azure Networking , Azure Security
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Must have Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud identity and access management
  • Cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
  • Security best practices and compliance
  • Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability environments
  • Aviation / Airport Exposure (Preferred)
  • Experience in Airlines, Airports, or other regulated 24x 7 industries
  • Understanding of operational criticality and SLA-driven environments
  • Certifications (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500)
  • Google Cloud Associate / Professional certifications
  • ITIL Foundation
